Walking into Wellbeing weekend offers an accessible, welcoming space for anyone seeking rest, clarity, and time in nature.
Guided by Julie and Belinda, you’ll experience a rare and beautifully balanced blend of gentle movement, creative moments, and deep relaxation – all wrapped in a calm, supportive environment.
From the moment you arrive, Shepherd’s Dene begins to work its quiet magic. Surrounded by gardens, woodland edges, and open green spaces, the environment offers a sense of stillness that helps you exhale and soften into the weekend.

Suitable for all levels of fitness, experience and comfort. A gentle, nature-led weekend blending mindful walking, restorative sound healing, labyrinth meditation, creativity and quiet reflection time.

This year’s retreat is at the wonderful Shepherds Dene, near to Riding Mill, in Northumberland.

Price
The cost of the retreat is £450 (early bird), which includes:

- All meals, snacks and teas and coffees throughout the weekend.
- Soundhealing, walks, rest, reflection and connection
Early Bird price is £450 (valid until 31st March) After 31st March the price rises to £500.
£50 non returnable deposit required to secure your place.

Notes:

- Please bring appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear for walks.
- Please bring yoga mats (they are not provided at this venue) and feel free to bring any other things that you feel would make you more comfortable during sound baths and meditation, e.g. additional mats, blankets, pillows, etc.
- There are some contraindications for Sound Healing (please contact Belinda with any concerns). These contraindications are:
- 1st trimester of pregnancy
- Sound induced epilepsy
- Severe mental health conditions
